## What is lumeforms?

**lumeforms** helps you collect **honest, anonymous feedback** and turn responses into insights.

## Core concepts

- **Projects**: Organize your work. Each project contains forms.
- **Forms**: The feedback forms you build and publish.
- **Responses**: Submissions collected from your audience.
- **Templates**: Reuse forms using **template codes** (shareable strings).

## Create your first project

1. Go to your dashboard
2. Click **Create Project**
3. Name it based on what you’re collecting feedback for (e.g. “My Channel”, “Product Feedback”, “Client Work”)

## Create your first form

1. Open a project
2. Click **New Form**
3. Either:
   - **Start from scratch**, or
   - **Use a template code** (paste a code or choose from your unlocked codes)

## Build the form

Open the form builder and add/edit blocks (questions, header, footer). Changes auto-save while you work.

## Publish and share

When you’re ready, publish the form and share the link (or embed it where your audience will see it).

General Information


## 1) Create a project

- Go to your dashboard
- Click **Create Project**
- Give it a name that matches what you’re collecting feedback for

## 2) Create a form

- Open the project
- Click **New Form**
- Choose:
  - **Start from scratch**, or
  - **Use a template code** (paste a code or choose from unlocked codes)

## 3) Build it (Configuration + Questions)

- Add/edit questions in the builder
- Use the **Configuration** tab to adjust settings
- Use **Template Code** in Configuration to generate/import templates

## 4) Publish and share

- Publish the form
- Copy the share link and post/embed it where your audience will respond

## 5) Review responses + analysis

- Open the form’s **Responses** page
- Use **Export** if you need your data outside lumeforms
- Run **Analysis** on closed forms to generate insights

## The basics

**lumeforms** is built for collecting **honest, anonymous feedback** and helping you act on it.

## Projects

A **project** is your workspace. Use projects to group related forms (e.g. by product, channel, client, or event).

## Forms

A **form** is what you publish and share. In the builder, forms are composed of blocks (questions, header, footer, etc.).

## Responses

**Responses** are submissions from your audience. Once a form is published, you can review responses in your dashboard.

## Templates (template codes)

Templates in lumeforms are **code-based**:

- You can **generate a template code** from any form (Configuration → Template Code).
- You can **unlock template codes** in **Settings → Templates** to reuse later.
- You can **import a template code** into a form (overwrites current blocks).

## Manage your subscription

You can manage your subscription from **Settings → Subscription**.

## What you can do there

- View your current plan
- Upgrade/downgrade (if enabled)
- See billing status and renewal information
- Access Stripe-managed billing where applicable

If something looks wrong with billing, check:

- Whether you’re signed into the right account
- The email used for checkout
- Your organization/workspace selection (if enabled)

## What is a template code?

A **template code** is a long, non-readable string that contains your form structure (blocks/questions), settings, and customization.

## Unlock template codes (Settings)

Go to **Settings → Templates** and paste a code to unlock it. Unlocked codes are saved to your account so you can reuse them later.

## Generate a template code (from a form)

1. Open a form in the builder
2. Go to **Configuration → Template Code**
3. Click **Generate Template Code**

The form is auto-saved before the code is generated.

## Import a template code (overwrite current form)

1. Open a form in the builder
2. Go to **Configuration → Template Code**
3. Paste the code under **Import Template Code**
4. Click **Import Template Code**

**Importing replaces all current questions/blocks** in the form.
